Terms of Service

1. Services

LumienHQ provides Google Business Profile management services including review response management, Google Post publication, competitor monitoring, and monthly performance reporting.

Services are limited to Google Business Profile. We do not manage social media platforms, websites, paid advertising, or other digital channels unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Access

To deliver services, you grant us Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile through Google's official agency management system. You retain Owner access at all times. We will never request your Google account password or Owner credentials.

You may revoke our Manager access at any time through your Google Business Profile settings. Revoking access during an active service period does not waive payment obligations for that period.

3. Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the first day of each billing period. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.

4. Minimum Commitments

Each service tier carries a minimum commitment period:

• Foundation ($300/mo): 1-month minimum
• Authority ($600/mo): 3-month minimum
• Dominance ($1,200/mo): 6-month minimum

After the minimum period, service continues month-to-month until either party provides written notice of cancellation with at least 15 days' notice before the next billing date.

5. Content and Approvals

All content published to your Google Business Profile is prepared in accordance with your brand voice and information provided during onboarding. Upon request, we will share drafts for review before publication.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours for review responses. If you request advance approval on all content, response SLAs may be adjusted accordingly.

6. No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, position in the Google Local Pack, or volume of calls, views, or direction requests. Google's search algorithm is controlled by Google and changes without notice.

We guarantee consistent execution of the services described in your plan. Improvement in search visibility is typical but not guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information, including performance data, competitor intelligence, and contact details, as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law or to deliver the services described herein.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which the claimed issue arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or ranking changes caused by Google algorithm updates.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services after the minimum commitment period with 15 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of these terms, or conduct that violates Google's Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
